INVENTORY SIZE/REDY/GRADE CONTROL Ability to inquire against inventory showing Location/Lot/Size-Redy by Item Number and Item Description. Maintain up to 2 different selling units per Size-Redy code(flats/pots, bundles/each). Maintain and print all Locations/Lot Numbers/Size-Redy established from base product code. Up to three(3) different selling prices per grade code within each product. Track Cost by Item/Size-Redy codes. Track Plant Date by Size-Redy codes. Track production status by Size/Redy codes. For quick user inquiry purposes the master product code and each location/lot/size-redy will reflect quantity on-hand, quantity committed, quantity on order, quantity available, and pricing. Report showing stock available for each location/lot/size-redy code and product. Ability to establish 'estimated' quantities so that orders may be entered. Ability to setup, by size-redy codes, and product, a quantity reserved for designated customer types. Establish UPC Code by size/Redy code.
